Welcome to South Louisiana Community College's Admissions Department web site. The Admissions Department strives to help students reach their educational goals as well as assist the faculty with their needs.

This web site should provide you with all the information needed in order to apply for admissions into the college. If we can help you in any way, please feel free to contact us. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Office hours are subject to change during the registration period and holidays.

ADMISSION FORMS
Students may now obtain the following forms without having to set foot on campus. On-line completion of these forms is not possible because of signature requirements. However, you may print out the form, fill in the required information, and mail the form to the College according to the mailing information provided on the respective form. Adobe Acrobat is required to view and print the forms and can be obtained for free by clicking the Adobe link provided below.
