Medical Assistant Instructor

GULF AREA CAMPUS is seeking a

Full-time, unclassified, 12 month state funded Medical Assistant Instructor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have an Associate Degree from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university in the teaching discipline with four years or the equivalent of full-time work experience in the field. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse and DHH Train the Trainer Certified. The candidate must have an unencumbered nursing license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or three-year diploma RN with one year of geriatric/care of chronically ill nursing experience preferred.
