3.2.12 Fund-Raising Activities

The institution’s chief executive officer control’s the institution’s fund-raising activities exclusive of institution-related foundations that are independent and separately incorporated.

Narrative:   

At this time, South Louisiana Community College’s (SLCC) budget does not require the raising of outside funds.  In the event it does, the Chancellor through the Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors (LCTCS) Bylaws Article IV, Section 3D (1) provides the authority for the Chancellor to fund-raise (2) .
