Non-residents

Out-of-state residents are charged a non-resident fee of $90.00 per credit hour, up to a maximum of $1,075 for 12 hours. The non-resident fee is applied when the out-of state resident is registered for more than 3 credit hours.  The Office of Admissions determines eligibility for classification as a Louisiana resident after the Application for Admission and other related documents have been submitted.
